These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 333bhk ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 333bhk website accessible at 333bhk.app (the "Platform"), including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and any other service made available through the Platform.

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm unambiguously that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific terms expressly state otherwise.

333bhk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 10 for the full amendments procedure.

Access to and use of the 333bhk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to hold a valid account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 333bhk operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or accessing any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino and sports betting services is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of use.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a guardianship order are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the 333bhk Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed via the 333bhk Platform or via any recognised problem gambling support scheme. Attempting to register a new account while subject to an active self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly notify 333bhk of any changes to your registered details by contacting support.

333bhk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following any material change to your account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 333bhk may result in account suspension.

To access the full range of 333bhk services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration is carried out via the 333bhk Platform and requires you to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a unique username, a secure password, and your date of birth for age verification purposes.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. 333bhk recommends:

• Using a unique, strong password not used on any other service;
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP from your account security settings;
• Never sharing your login credentials with any third party, including 333bhk staff — our agents will never ask for your password;
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Immediately notifying 333bhk support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

333bhk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations.

Know Your Customer (KYC): As part of our commitment to player safety and regulatory compliance, 333bhk operates a KYC verification process. Full KYC verification — including submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership — is required before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000 BDT. 333bhk may request KYC documentation at any time. Accounts that do not complete KYC within the specified timeframe may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

Account Currency: All 333bhk accounts are maintained exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no option to hold a multi-currency account. All displayed balances, wager amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT.

Deposits: 333bhk accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 333bhk account balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two Bangladesh Standard Time business days to reflect.

Deposit Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your 333bhk account originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source payment account belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and will be reversed upon detection. 333bhk is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with a deposit transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time operational hours (09:00–23:00 BST), subject to KYC clearance and no active bonus wagering requirement;
• Visa / Mastercard: Within 1–3 Bangladesh Standard Time business days;
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank): Within 1–3 Bangladesh Standard Time business days.

333bhk does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 333bhk accepts no responsibility. Withdrawal requests are subject to security review. 333bhk reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including but not limited to large withdrawal amounts, unusual account activity, or incomplete KYC status.

Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals will not be processed where an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement is attached to your account balance. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are detailed in the individual bonus terms published on the Platform. You may forfeit an active bonus and its associated winnings at any time via the account dashboard if you wish to withdraw your base balance without completing wagering requirements.

333bhk offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to their individual promotional terms, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all 333bhk bonuses unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Accounts under security review or with incomplete KYC may not receive or activate bonus offers.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per eligible member, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are denominated in BDT and credited to your bonus balance separately from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements specify the total BDT amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal is processed.

• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit a promotional offer — including through the creation of multiple accounts, use of software bots, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

Game outcomes in RNG-based titles are determined by certified random number generators that are independently audited for fairness. 333bhk does not control or manipulate game outcomes.

Sports Betting: The 333bhk sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other international sporting events. All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. 333bhk reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered in format before completion;
• Limit stake amounts on individual markets at its discretion, including for members identified as consistently high-value winners;
• Suspend betting markets on any event at any time without prior notice;
• Review and void bets where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit pricing errors.

In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are available for major cricket and football events. In-play odds update in real time. A bet is accepted only when a confirmation message is displayed on screen — partially transmitted bets that do not receive confirmation are not valid wagers and no liability attaches to 333bhk in respect of such bets.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and account tier. Current limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of placing a wager. 333bhk reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 333bhk's servers, the server record shall be definitive. If you believe a game result or settlement is incorrect, you must notify 333bhk support within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333bhk Platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds; providing false identity documentation; impersonating another person; or any other act constituting fraud under applicable law.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the 333bhk Platform under any identity, device, or payment method combination.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple account registrations, coordinated bet patterns designed to hedge bonus wagering requirements, or any other method intended to extract value from bonuses without genuine play intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game, live dealer table, or sports betting market.

• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets on the basis of insider knowledge regarding the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any scheme to fix or manipulate a sporting result.
• Money Laundering: Using the 333bhk Platform for any purpose connected with the laundering of funds derived from criminal activity. 333bhk is required to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications at 333bhk staff or other players through any channel including live chat.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical exploit will be voided.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 333bhk account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balances with active wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification procedures.

Self-Exclusion: As part of our Responsible Gaming commitment, 333bhk offers self-exclusion options accessible directly from your account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account is suspended and access to all games and betting markets is blocked. Requests for early reinstatement of a self-excluded account are subject to a mandatory cooling-off review and will not be processed for at least 24 hours for temporary exclusions. Suspension by 333bhk: 333bhk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach under investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending the outcome of that investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released and the account reinstated or the balance returned. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333bhk, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses sustained through normal play on casino games or sports betting markets;
• Loss of data, account access, or funds arising from circumstances outside 333bhk's reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, power outages, or acts of God;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any specific game or betting market;
• Errors or omissions in any content displayed on the Platform, including promotional materials or odds, where such errors are corrected within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 333bhk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 333bhk makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the fitness of any game for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of real-time odds data. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated via Platform notices where reasonably practicable.

333bhk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 333bhk will notify registered account holders via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

All prior versions of these Terms are archived and available upon written request to [email protected]. In any dispute, the version of the Terms in effect at the time the relevant event occurred shall apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of fair dealing and transparency. Any dispute arising out of these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be escalated by contacting our support team, who will direct you to the appropriate resolution channel.
